Streak Free AZ provides professional window cleaning and related exterior cleaning services, including residential window cleaning, estate/custom home window cleaning, commercial/storefront cleaning, and soft wash services.

Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, property access, and scheduling availability.

Estimates & Pricing

  • Estimates provided online, by phone, or in person are approximate.

  • Final pricing may vary based on property size, condition, number of windows, accessibility, or additional services requested.

  • Any pricing changes will be communicated and approved before work begins.

Scheduling & Property Access

  • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.

  • Gates, pets, alarms, parking restrictions, or special access instructions must be disclosed in advance.

  • Delays or inability to complete service due to lack of access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service or trip fee.

Weather Policy

For safety and service quality, appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, storms, excessive heat, or other unsafe weather conditions. We will communicate promptly to arrange a new service date.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify Streak Free AZ within 48 hours of service completion so we can review and address the concern.

Liability

Streak Free AZ is committed to providing safe and professional service. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to glass, frames, screens, tracks, siding, or structures

  • Improperly installed, aged, or damaged windows, screens, or gutters

  • Damage caused by structural defects, loose fixtures, or unsafe property conditions

Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

  • Secure and automatic payment options may be available.
