We come to the requested residence and remove the sun and bug screens if necessary. Brush them free of as much dust as possible and get them looking newer. brush and wipe exterior tracts free of as dust dirt and debris as possible.
Screen protectants can be added for an additional cost to be determined by screen count and size.
For each initial cleaning will have our techs soap and wipe the glass by hand to check for imperfections and give that prtstine initial clean
Cleanings can and will also be done with our XERO PURE WATER SYSTEM. leaving your glass with the Streakfree feeling!
Our techs Have also been trained to inform you of imperfections in the glass, and seals that make leave or have left your windows looking a little “off”
The techs are also great at giving you tips and pointers on how to keep your glass looking top-notch!
 
Our technicians also use safe, scratch-resistant products and tools. 
The techs can also be set to provide weekly/bi-weekly monthly or quarterly pop-ins to hit focal points of your home  
Living room, Sliders -etc etc

Sometimes this will require construction cleaning. 
Properly done construction clean-ups can save thousands of dollars in glass -window replacement.
The work takes time and patience therefore cost is to be determined after on-site evaluation. 
Construction cleanup will be considered but not limited to – hard water stains – chemical stains – paint- excess debris, etc., etc….
 
After the initial clean, we will set up a service that best suits your needs. 
Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly. 

Soft Wash

Rinsing of the exterior of homes- patios- eves courtyards. 
We use a very low amp power washer for these jobs ensuring stucco and paint safely stay where they are supposed to be.
At this time we are not including chemicals for this service. 
We do have access to the best in town for your power washing needs!
